Warranty Overview
  • Torin stands behind the quality of every product we make.
  • For products covered under this Limited Warranty, Torin warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions throughout the applicable warranty period.
  • The applicable warranty period varies by product and is specified on the product page, product packaging, user manual, or other warranty documentation provided with the product.

What Is Covered
  • This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the product and within the applicable warranty period.
  • If a covered defect is confirmed, Torin may, at its discretion and as permitted by applicable law: Repair the defective product or component  
  • Replace the defective product or component with the same or a comparable product or component 
  • Provide another appropriate remedy where repair or replacement is not reasonably
    available.
  • Replacement products or parts may be new or equivalent in performance and reliability.

What Is Not Covered
  • This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
    normal wear and tear
  • Misuse,abuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Overloading or use beyond the product's rated capacity or specifications
  • Improper assembly, installation, operation, or maintenance
  • Accidents,impact, fire, flooding, corrosion, or other external causes    
  • Alterations or modifications that cause or contribute to the product failure
  • Use of incompatible parts, accessories, or services that cause or contribute to the
    damage.
  • Use of the product for an application for which it was not designed.
  • The use of third-party parts, accessories, or repair services does not, by itself, void this warranty.
    However, damage caused by an incompatible part, improper modification, or
    improper service may not be covered.
  • Items subject to normal wear and tear are not covered when replacement is required solely due to ordinary use. However, if a wear item has a defect in materials or
    workmanship, it may still be covered under this Limited Warranty during the applicable warranty period.

How to Request Warranty Service
  • If you believe your Torin product has a covered defect, please contact Torin Customer Support before returning or shipping the product.Please be prepared to provide:
    - product model or item number. 

     - description of the issue. 

     - Reasonable proof of purchase or ownership, if available. 

     - Photos or videos that help identify the issue.

     - Serial number or production information, if applicable. 

     Torin may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

  • Do not ship a product to Torin unless instructed to do so. If a return is required, TORIN will
    provide return instructions and inform you in advance of any applicable shipping requirements or charges.

  • Warranty coverage generally begins on the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product-specific warranty terms.

Safety and Proper Use
  • Torin products must be used in accordance with their rated capacity, intended application, safety warnings, and operating instructions.
  • For lifting, supporting, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and other automotive service equipment, always follow the instructions and safety warnings provided with the product.
  • Failure to follow the product instructions does not automatically cancel warranty coverage; however, damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper operation, or failure to follow applicable safety instructions may not be covered.

Consumer Rights
  • This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
  • Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable federal, state, or local law.
  • Any implied warranties or other statutory rights that apply under applicable law remain available to the extent required by law.
  • Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.

Product Safety Recalls
  • This Limited Warranty is separate from any rights or remedies that may apply to a product safety recall.
  • If a Torin product is subject to a safety recall, recall notice, or other safety-related corrective action, the applicable recall terms will control regardless of the product's standard warranty status.
